* Note:
- Please include the CD-ROMs and manuals associated with the PC.
- Shipping and handling charges are billed.
- Please contact us to see if we can handle the trouble.
- Cases, where the brand PC lacks parts or are damaged, will not be honored.
Exceptions: Notebook Memories, HDD's, desktop memories, and CD-ROMs that are easily available in the market.
- Some cases may require additional time.
For example, The shop brand PC bought over a year ago and has
motherboard problems.
* Payment method is as follows:
- In case of on-site repairs:
1) Basically cash transaction is the norm.
2) We also accept Bank Transfer (for corporate customers).
3) Credit Card Payments by VISA and MasterCard.
Please tell us if you cannot make cash payment.
- In case of brought-in repairs:
1) Bill is issued after repair, and fixed PC is shipped after
confirmation of Bank Transfer, or
2) Fixed PC is returned on COD basis.
