Service Charges (Including Tax)
Service charges consist of the "basic charge" (minimum ¥5,250 trip fee), "diagnostics fee" (¥3,150) and "repair charge". In case no diagnostics occur, the charges will consist of the "basic charge" (trip fee) and the "repair charge". In case of repair services done at our facility (PC brought or shipped by customer), "basic charge" does not apply. Moreover, repair is not based on hourly charges, but rather on success. If the repair is not possible, no "repair charge" apply. Charges are updated without notice and may differ at the time of service request. However, we always update the Japanese version. In case of any misunderstanding or conflict, the original Japanese version prevails. Charges apply for one PC unit only. Please call for details. Herein the list.
Trip Fee: ¥5,250 Late Night Charge: ¥15,750

(Additional ¥1,050 for areas within 10km of support area and ¥2,100 for areas within 20km.)

On-site rescue work between 10:00 pm - 9:00 am, or work extended beyond 10:00 pm will incur additional late night charge on top of basic trip fee.

Telephone support (Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00): ¥5,250 (within 30 min, additional ¥1,050 charges apply for every extra 10 min; however free of charge if within initial 5 min)

Remarks:
1. In case of cancellation of a home visit less than 2 hours from the agreed day/time appointment, we are entitled to charge ¥5,250.
2. Whereby your case is not described on this page, and/or in order to have a clear idea on the corresponding estimated charges, please call us in advance.
3. In case of hourly payment, the hourly service charges would be ¥6,300/h.
4. We can also arrange personal guidance for PC learning and homepge design.
5. For McIntosh PCs, the basic charge would be ¥5,250.
